Dividing inheritance, 1924
Dividing the inheritance of Shah Rustam Bayg. The document lists Shah Rustam Bayg's inheritors, their descendents, and their inheritors. The inheritance consists of some properties in ‘Ishrat Abad, Qulhak, Shimiran that are being divided in the presence of some of the inheritors, some of whom also represent the absentees. According to this document, for up to fifty years after the agreement, the claims of whoever makes a claim against someone else will be voided and they will need to pay five hundred tumans to the others.

Power of attorney and sale document of Aqa Baygum Khanum, 1914
On February 25, 1914, Aqa Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Haji Riza Quli Bayg and the wife of Ahmad Khan Sultan [from] Bakhshayish, gave power of attorney to Haji Mirza ‘Ali Asghar Aqa, the son of Haji ‘Ali Akbar [from] Bakhshayish, for selling of some properties at the village of Turkampur in the district of Mihran Rud; on April 13, 1914, Haji ‘Ali Asghar sold this property to Aqa Hasan Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for six hundred and twenty nine tumans.

Settlement of Abu Talib Khan with his mother's permission, 1924
Abu Talib Khan has settled some properties in Dihkhavariqan with Iʻzam Lashgar, son of Lutfʻali Khan Mir Panjah, for 500 tumans on June 7, 1924. On the margin, Rukhsarah Khanum, known as Khanum Aqa, mother of Abu Talib, has given her permission for this settlement on June 15, 1924.

Dilshad Khanum has settled one-third of the shared ownership, including one-sixth of Gavahir village, along with the mill and six-sevenths of three-sixths of Musa Bulaghi's village, with Iʻtizad al-Mamalik for 500 tumans. On margin: Iʻtizad al-Mamalik has transferred the ownership of this third of the shared ownership of one-sixth of Gavahir village and its attachments, which are mentioned in the document, to the three sons and three daughters of Mirza Musa Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya. Settlement between Zaynab Baygum, daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ʻAli and widow of the late Haj ʻAbd Allah, and Khanum Buzurg, daughter of the late Haj Habib, with power of attorney transferred to her brother, Iqbal-i Divan, exchanging a residential building in an orchard located on the west side of Qusali-lar caravansary for four hundred and fifty tumans.

Regarding the inheritance of Khalil's children, 1919
1- Ruqiyah Khanum and Sakinah khanum sell their share of inheritance, a large workshop, to the children of ‘Abbas for ten tumans (January 21, 1919); 2- Karbalayi Hasanquli, the son of ‘Abbas, divides the inheritance of Karbalayi Khalil among his children. Sakinah Khanum is given ten tumans for her share (June 3, 1919); 3- Riza, the son of Karbalayi Khalil, on his own behalf and on behalf of the underage children of Khalil, Muttalib, Ruqiyah Khanum, and Sakinah Khanum, sells the large workshop to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, the son of Mashhadi Ja‘far for 4 tumans.

Karbalayi Muhammad Riza, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Najaf ‘Ali, son of the late Karbalayi Ghulam, as guardians of the children of the late Husayn Ibn ‘Ali Akbar Khuzani, son of the late Mashhadi ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, exchange a piece of land located in Saruh known as Haji Muzaffari for thirty two tumans and two thousand dinars, with one and hundred dinars and ten loads of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause.
